Xmark Roof Underlayment

| Xmark Roof Underlayment is a premium nail down roofing underlayment that provides a protective layer between exterior cladding (e.g. shingles or tiles) and the wood structure of a roof. This product is made of a woven polypropylene scrim that has a slip-resistant coating on both sides to reduce product slippage and improve workplace safety. Xmark Roof Underlayment provides better resistance to tearing, moisture, insect damage, rotting, and algae compared with #15 or #30 Asphalt-Saturated Felt. Our roof underlayment is an excellent water and moisture barrier, ideal for resisting inclement weather, even under high winds. Xmark Roof Underlayment is lighter and stronger than conventional materials and offers superior UV resistance to drying and cracking over time. |

PAISLEY PRODUCTS OF CANADA INCORPORATED (PPCI) MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE. User is responsible for determining whether PPCI products are fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's application. If the PPCI product is defective within the warranty period, your exclusive remedy and PPCI's and seller's sole obligation will be at PPCI's option, to replace the product or refund the purchase price.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except where prohibited by law, Paisley Products of Canada Incorporated (PPCI) will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the PPCI product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability.
