Xmark Foam Tape

Standard Protection

Xmark Foam Tape is a moisture resistant, self adhesive foam, ideal for surface protection. This cutting edge builder technology provides cushioning for increased protection against damage that occurs throughout the construction site. The sticky foam allows contractors to roll it into place in a one step process that eliminates the need to tape seams as is required with older surface protection technologies.

''We have been using your foam pad with the semi adhesive backing on our south tower and our north tower to protect the wood floors. These are the first projects we have used this product. Based on the feedback from our field personnel, this product seems to be effective to minimize the damages to the wood floors.''

Minto Application:

At Minto Developments they were originally laying corrugate to protect the hardwood floors. The trouble is any traffic over the corrugate causes the flutes inside to compress and flatten so in days there was no impact resistance to protect the floors from the moderate traffic that followed.

The resolution was to use Xmark Foam Tape underneath the corrugate to provide impact resistance and protect the floors from damage and the added cost and time of warranty call-backs and expensive claims.
